Pretty amazing video, had not seen that yet. I like Google Docs for collaboration but not the best for using as a storage source with a “homework dropbox” type of setting. Trying to find something similar but with an educator/teacher slant. Something like ebackpack.com but available now….any suggestions?

Good evening, or morning perhaps!
i am an Architect about to undertake the design of a new learning center in Victoria Australia. It aims to be in life for only 18months and wnats to learn as much from its failures as its successes.
We want to trial and challenge teaching methods and new technologies.
Where would you point me and what would you intergrate if you could have a aclean slate?
The room we have is 3.6 meters high, 20 x 10 meteres long and wide.
I would very much appreciate your comment.

@alice – you know, I wanted to write about our ride too (and I forgot to). It was perfect for processing the mounds of information we got at the conference as well as sharing what we are each doing at our schools. I do want to follow up about summer PD!

Great write up. You really captured the essence of the day. Like you, the format worked well for me too. However, I would rather we be debating some of the points the speakers raised rather than the format of the day. I loved the fact that we drove to and from NYC because it gave me a chance to process all we heard. Thanks for your company!
